Acceptance of the terms
Access to and use of the website and services of Hotel María Bonita implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations and confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability.
To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total value is required.
The remaining 50% must be paid at check-in or during your stay.
The reservation is only considered confirmed once the guest receives official confirmation from the hotel.
Rates and taxes
Rates are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP).
The 19% VAT applies only to Colombian citizens.
Foreign guests are exempt from VAT, in accordance with current regulations.
Rates may vary during peak season, long weekends, and December.
Payment methods
We accept:
Bank transfer to the name of INVERSIONES GLG SAS
Payments via payment link
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance.
Cancellations outside of this period will result in a charge for the first night.
In case of No Show, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.
No refunds are given.
Admission and stay rules
All guests must present a valid identity document.
Driver's licenses are not accepted as a document.
No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.
The use of psychoactive substances is not permitted.
The hotel is smoke-free.
We are not pet friendly.
We reserve the right of admission.
Visitors
Visits are only allowed in social areas and with prior authorization.
Responsibility
The hotel is not responsible for losses of personal belongings not reported in a timely manner.
